What It Covers
Our limited lifetime warranty covers both material and workmanship. In the unlikely event that your Jacuzzi® product shows signs of a defect, we will provide a repair or replacement part to rectify the issue. This warranty covers items such as Jacuzzi® branded bathtubs, shower wall panels, shower doors, shower pans, and faucets. You will be required to provide proof of purchase.
What It Doesn’t Cover
Our limited lifetime warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, improper cleaning, neglect, modification, or misuse of the product. This warranty is also not transferable, meaning that it stays with the original purchaser and cannot be passed along to a new owner.
